Bambustøj.dk accepts payment with Dankort/VISA Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay and Anyday. We do not charge card fees. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and are incl. VAT.

Bambustøj.dk uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no one can read your information.

ORDERING

To make a purchase with us, you need to go through 5 steps

1. find the item(s) you want and add them to the shopping cart. Then go to the checkout.

2. Accept our terms and conditions

3. enter your personal details

4. Select shipping and payment method

5. Check that all information is correct on the summary page and approve the purchase

When you order with us, you don't need a user or login.

Your order confirmation and invoice will be sent to you by email. In the invoice email you will find a link to track your package.

All prices listed in our webshop include 25% VAT.

If you have any questions about items that are not on the site, please contact us.

It is possible to view previous orders on our webshop if you have previously created a user. If you do not have a user and would like an order confirmation or invoice sent to you, please contact us at kundeservice@copenhagenbamboo.dk

CHOSEN WRONG PACKING SHOP

Unfortunately, we do not have the option to change the selected parcel shop after the order has been created.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

We cannot guarantee that it is possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. However, you can try contacting customer service and we will contact our warehouse to see if it is possible to cancel the package. kundeservice@copenhagenbamboo.dk

CARD PAYMENT

You can pay with MobilePay, Visa and Mastercard. No payment fees will be added.

The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.

We accept payment with Anyday.

When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment will be deducted when the item is shipped. You will then pay your monthly installment on the last business day of the upcoming month and three months ahead.

No fees or interest will be added to your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will terminate automatically.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) we withdraw the amount when we ship the item, or

2) the money is released as agreed with your card issuer.

When canceling/canceling the purchase, the expiration period for the reservation is different depending on the card used.

If you pay with Mastercard or Visa Debit, it takes 30 days before the money is released.
If you pay with Visa Dankort, it takes between 1-3 days before the money is released.
If you pay with MobilePay, it depends on which card you paid with.

You have the option to cancel the reservation earlier by contacting our customer service and we can delete your reservation via our payment solution.

PRODUCTS AND TOTAL COST

There is no upper limit for order value when you shop at bambustøj.dk.

Your purchase on the website is valid from the moment you receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

MINORS

Bambustøj.dk does not enter into transactions with minors (under the age of 18) without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent and suspect that your minor child has disclosed personal information to us, please contact us immediately.

If we suspect that we have received personal information from a minor without parental consent, we will immediately delete that information from our servers.

DELIVERY

All orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day. Bambustøj.dk delivers to Denmark with DAO or GLS on all weekdays within 1-2 days. Orders that have obtained free shipping are sent with DAO.

We only deliver within Denmark. If you want us to deliver outside Denmark, please contact us at kundeservice@bambustoej.dk.

Returns from Denmark cost DKK 39 when using the enclosed return label. The price will be deducted from your return amount.

UNPICKEDPARCELS

When your package is delivered to a parcel shop, you have 7 calendar days to pick up the package before it is sent back to us. When we receive your unclaimed package, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the payment for the goods to your account, excluding the return shipping fee of DKK 39 that we will be charged upon your return. If you still want the goods, please place a new order.

NOT AT HOME TO PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE

It is not possible to postpone shipment of orders. If you are not at home to receive/collect packages and the package is returned uncollected, you will be charged the price of the actual return freight and freight for any new shipment if you want the package resent.

We encourage you to only shop in the webshop when you are sure that you are at home to receive the package or can get someone to pick up the package for you.

WRONG DELIVERY

Unfortunately, it happens occasionally that we pack the wrong item. If this happens to you, please contact our customer service either by sending an email to kundeservice@copenhagenbamboo.dk or calling us on tel: +45 71 99 24 66. Our phone hours are every weekday at 10-12.30.


DAMAGED PACKAGE DURING SHIPPING

If you can see that the package has visible signs of damage, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package, which will then be refunded to us.
If you have received a damaged item, it is very important that you immediately document the extent of the damage so that we can start a case with the shipping company.

For this purpose, we need the following:
- Pictures of outer packaging
- Pictures of damage to the item
- Pictures of the entire item
- Picture of shipping label

RIGHT OF CLAIM

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to the purchase of goods.
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship.

The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

Contact us before returning the product

Please send two pictures to our customer service: 1) where you can see the fault close up. 2) where you can see the entire item and the location of the fault. If your complaint is justified, this means: exchange, refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the fault. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered,
the complaint will always be timely.

Bambustøj.dk will cover return costs to a reasonable extent if the complaint is justified. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. When you return the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.
If we assess that your complaint is justified, we will send you a free return freight letter.

What is not a complaint

It is not considered a complaint if

- the fault is due to incorrect use of the item (incorrect washing or treatment) or if you "hang" something that
causes a running fault, a hole, a crack or similar.

- defects caused by normal wear and tear or if the item has been subjected to greater physical strain than can be expected for such an item to withstand.

- the packaging has been damaged in transit - unfortunately, this cannot be avoided.

- you do not receive the garment in its original packaging - this is because other customers have not taken proper care of the packaging when they received, tried on the garment and
sent it back. We have therefore been forced to repack the garment in new plastic packaging.

In some cases, we need to have the item sent to us, but in the first instance, please send us a picture of the item along with a description of the error in an email to kundeservice@bambustoej.dk. When you receive the picture, we will consider the complaint and whether we want the item sent to us. If the item is to be sent to us, we will send you a consignment note by email.

Complaints about socks

The lifespan of socks varies greatly, as many different factors come into play, but on average a pair of socks should last at least 4 months.

Thinning of socks is not considered a hole, but refers to a condition where the socks become thinner and less durable over time. This is due to repeated use and washing, which can result in holes, but has not yet turned into a hole. Read more about care and maintenance here.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE TO ANOTHER SIZE?

1. return the item that did not fit using the enclosed return label. Please note that it costs 39 kr. Once we have received the item, we will refund the amount through the payment card you used when you placed your order.

2. Place a new order for the desired size. Does the item cost more now? See the next step.

3. Send an email with your new order number to customer service and we will refund the discount. Please note that this only applies to purchases of the same model and color.

Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs on your new order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the period
runs from the day you receive the last item.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 30 days after receipt and we recommend sending an email to kundeservice@bambustoej.dk or using the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us.

You can only return, not exchange.

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. It costs 39 kr to return an order using the enclosed return label, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transportation, so make sure to pack them securely.

What you need to be aware of when returning

- The seal can be broken so you can try the garment on (underwear can be tried on without your own underwear)

- The clothes may be tried on, they may not be used - that is, you can try the clothes on as you would in a store -some packages with socks are assembled with strips, be aware when you cut this that you do not cut the sock, otherwise you cannot return the item

- The items must be in intact packaging. The packaging may have gotten some bumps in transit, that's ok, but we encourage you not to use the packaging as shipping packaging - always make sure to wrap your return items securely

- Always wrap your items in something else before sending them

- If you have purchased an item with multiple items in a box (e.g. 2-pack, 5-pack etc.), it is not possible to return only part of the contents - if you want a refund, all items in the box must be returned

- For example, if you have received a volume discount and only return one item, you will not receive a 100% refund on that item. This is because the volume discount you originally received will be lost on the item(s) you keep, which will therefore cost full price.

PLEASE NOTE that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

CHANGE OF VALUE

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.

To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You can test the item, but not actually use it.

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

If you return all items in your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional
delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will refund the money using the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process your return from the time it is handed in at the parcel shop.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. However, for complaints about clothes and shoes,
the price must have been at least DKK 720. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.

The personal data is registered with Copenhagen Bamboo ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data. The data controller at bambustøj.dk is Copenhagen Bamboo ApS.

You have the right to know what information we process about you.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obligated to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we needed it.
